WebApr 11, 2024 · We can use the dictation within Office 365's web based apps, but not on Office 2024 desktop apps or other applications. Any ideas? We've done all the driver stuff so DO NOT TELL ME TO REINSTALL THE DRIVERS. We have tried that for 4 different users and, of course, it never worked. I have an older version of Dragon, and the capitalization function works fine on it (although the triggering word is "cap" and not "caps").
