WebWell Zoom doesn't really do a great job blurring the background. My Teams video call is usually seamless and 10* better quality than a Zoom video call. And as u/Far_PIG said above, it might be why a Zoom video call doesn't perform as well as the Microsoft Teams video call in terms of quality of the call. But that's just my 2 cents on the topic.
