The radiator (More specifically the canister attached to it) is spewing brown liquid and it's very foamy, like a coffee color. I've flushed the radiator several times, it seems fine but then a day later the foam and brown color return. Any ideas on what I can do?

Usually, if head gasket, or crack somewhere, it's combustion gasses foaming up the coolant. Could very well be a head gasket, cracked head or bore, but you check the basics first.
