Pry fork seals out with something like a tire iron. Clean everything up, lightly lubricate everything, and drive/install new seals in (two per leg). Assemble. WebJul 19, 2012 · After cleaning and replacing the seals and the O rings at the bottom I believe I am supposed to fill each slider tube with 470ml of 10 weight fork oil. Then I slide the tubes back up onto the fork tubes and bolt back on. This creates air pressure up inside the forks which needs to be bled off at the top.
